📦 Important Notes:

  • Returns must be approved first. Do not send items back to any South African address, as all products are shipped from our international supplier.
  • We will provide the appropriate return address only if required.
  • Return shipping costs are only covered if the issue was our fault (e.g., wrong or defective item).
  • If your refund is approved, the amount will be returned to your original payment method.

Return Conditions:

  • Must be reported within 7 days of delivery
  • Return must be made within 30 days after approval
  • Returns are only accepted to our supplier’s CJ China warehouse
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

Please note:

Due to high international shipping costs and long transit times, we do not recommend returns unless necessary. Most returned items take 2–3 months to reach our supplier and may be lost or damaged in transit.
