All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are then prepared and dispatched from our global supplier warehouses.

Delivery Time

Please allow 8 to 15 business days for delivery across South Africa. Your order will be shipped directly from our trusted global warehouses.

And for products marked as sensitive, it takes 13 – 30 days.

🏷️ Some remote or rural areas may take slightly longer due to local courier coverage.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped:

• A tracking number will be sent to your email or WhatsApp
• You’ll receive a tracking link to monitor your parcel in real time

Please allow 2–5 business days for the tracking status to update after dispatch.

Possible Delays
